Dulcoflex Tablets Details

Dulcoflex tablet is allopathic medicine for getting relief from occasional constipation. Generic name of this medicine is Bisacodyl. Bisacodyl salt is stimulant laxative for emptying bowel. This medicine is for oral intake, 1 tablet should be taken with glass of water. The laxative effect of the medicine takes place after six hours of oral intake. So when taken at bedtime, the evacuation of bowel takes place next morning.

It should not be chewed or crushed as that may destroy protective coating of medicine. This medicine is not meant for the long term use and should be taken only occasionally as per need.

This medicine should not be taken for more than a week. Long term use causes laxative dependence and chronic constipation.

This medicine should not be taken with antacids and milk. Maintain a gap of 1-2 hours between milk, antacid intake and Dulcoflex use.

    I thought of taking two as I am feeling upper abdominal pain and motion is not free from three days
