Equal part of each: Rasna, Ashwagandha/Amukkura, Devadaru, Kutki (Picrorhiza kurroa), Sarjarasa Vateria indica, Bach Acorus calamusKottam Saussurea lappa, Haldi, Motha, Mulheti, Sunthi (Zingiber officinale), Marica (Piper nigrum), Pippali (Piper longum), Puti Holoptelea integrifolia, Samudra phena, Chandan, Veins of tamarind leaves, Hing, Gairika (Calcinated and purified ochre)
Uses of Rasnadi Choornam
Rasnadi churnam has warming qualities and is applied on head to get relief from inflammation of mucous membrane of airways, cold, cough, sneezing, Fever, Sinusitis, Headache and Nasal blockage.
How to use Rasnadi Choornam
This medicine is for EXTERNAL USE ONLY. This oil has heating capacity that causes sweat. Sweating helps to remove toxins from the body. Rasnadi Choornam should be mixed with Castor oil and applied on head for dizziness, fainting, common cold, flu, running nose, fever, etc. This churna is also good for massage. For headache, prepare a paste of this powder by adding water and apply on forehead.
