Marma Gulika or Gutika is polyherbal Ayurvedic medicine refrenced from Sahasrayogam. It is indicated in all type of Marma vikar. Marmas are special pressure-points located on the body. This medicine is also applied topically. For this purpose, it is crushed into a fine powder and then aloe-vera juice or water is added to make a paste which is applied on vital parts to relieve pain.
