Equal part of each of following herb

Pippali(Piper longum) & Pippli mula(Roots of Piper longum): The root of this plant is known as Pippali Mula in Ayurveda and its fruits (Spike) are the mainly used for Rasayana purpose. Several biological activities like immunostimulatory, anti-ulcer, anti-amebic, anti-oxidant, hepatoprotective and anti-inflammatory activities were reported on the fruit of this plant.

Cavya(Piper chaba): The root is alexiteric;useful in asthma, bronchitis, consumption. The fruit is pungent, thermogenic, anthelmintic, expectorant, carminative, improves appetite and taste and
also useful in asthma, bronchitis, fever, inflammation, piles, pain in the abdomen and at the anus. The fruit has stimulant and carminative properties, and is used in haemorrhoidal affections, Stem is used to alley post-delivery pain in mothers and also useful in rheumatic
pains and diarrhea

Chitrak root(Plumbago zeylanica): Chitrak consists of dried mature root of Plumbago zeylanica Linn. It is a large perennial subscandent shrub, found throughout India in wild state and occasionally cultivated in gardens. Anti-cholesterol, anti-allergy, anti-inflammatory activity, anti-cancer, the liver protective, anti-malarial properties. Powdered bark, root or leaves are used to treat gonorrhea, syphilis, and tuberculosis and use of the roots boiled in milk as a remedy for inflammation of the mouth, throat and chest.

Sunthi (Zingiber officinale): Ginger is an old herbal medicine. Chinese healers recommended Ginger for different ailments: abdominal bloating, cough, diarrhea, rheumatism. Tibetan medical system considers Ginger to be helpful in the treatment of various inflammatory joint diseases.
