Bhunimbadi Kwath

Bhunimbadi Kwath is poly-herbal Ayurvedic medicine. Kwath are also known as kadha or decoction. It is prepared buy boiling herbs in water till volume is reduced to one fourth. Decoctions are available in liquid form as well as in powder form. In liquid form kadha can be taken orally after adding water. But when available in the form of powder or churna, 3-5 grams of churna is boiled in one liter water till the volume reduces to 250 ml. This is filtered and taken 2-3 times a day.

An equal amount of Chirayata, Atees, Lodhra, Nagarmusta, Indrajav, Giloy, Netrabala, Dhaniya, Bel giri

  • Hyperacidity

  • Fever due to Kapha
  • Typhoid / Moti jhara
  • Diarrhoea
  • Cough, respiratory illness, bleeding disorders

The Dosage of Bhunimbadi Kwath

10-20 ml with an equal quantity of water twice/thrice a day after the meal.
