Triphala is very old ayurvedic mixture of three fruits i. e. Terminalia chebula, Terminalia bellerica & Emblica officinalis. Gingivitis can induced by dental plaque, is most common disease of mouth. Plaque, a colorless film of bacteria that forms on the teeth. - Take 40-50 gm triphala powder and boil it in 1 ltr water till it reduced to 250 ml.
- Let it cool down and filter with strainer and keep this decoction in clean sterilized bottle.
Directions to use
- Use 20~50 ml decoction as mouthwash, three times a day.
- This decoction can be also used as cleaner for wounds, nose, etc.
