Strychnos nux-vomica
- Nux-vomica is also known as Azaraqi, Azaaraaqi, Kuchlaa, Kuchla, Qaatil-ul- kalb, Khaaniq-ul- kalb/ Habb-al- ghurab, etc.

- It is considered Hot, and Dry in the fourth degree.

Piper longum (Filfil Daraz)

I am taking 1 tablet in morning and 1 in the evening for nerve issues, pain and muscle weakness so for how long i should take and then stop kindly advise.
