– Take fenugreek seeds and dry them in sun and grind to make a fine powder. Daily take 1 tbsp in morning empty stomach with water. Using it daily gives relief from knee pain.
– Soak fenugreek seeds in mustard oil and make paste of it and massage on the affected area.
– Take warm coconut oil and massage on the affected area to improve blood circulation.
– 1 tsp triphala churn at night with 1/2 to 1 cup lukewarm water.
