Triphala churna is a herbal Ayurvedic formulation prepared by mixing equal quantity of Haritaki, Baheda and Amla. Triphal achurna or powder is used in numerous diseases. It has rejuvenator, laxative, anti-oxidant and detoxing activities. It cures Pitta and Rakta dosha. It is a laxative which acts by absorbing water from gut and then swells this stimulates motions. It is a non-habit forming laxative. It use is advised for chronic constipation, dyspepsia, piles and as a supplement. It is an anti-oxidant and removes body toxins.

½ to 1 teaspoonful (3-6gm) with warm water or milk for chronic constipation.
