Home remedies for abdominal pain

Stomach pain can caused by many problems like acidity and this can be treated with effective and natural ayurvedic home remedies to treat stomach pain by using things in your kitchen.

Here are few home remedies to treat stomach pain.

  • Take one teaspoon of lemon juice and mint juice, ginger juice and black salt. Mix and drink.
  • Grate ginger and squeeze it to extract 1 teaspoon juice mix it with ghee and take it.
  • Take 1 teaspoon of ajwain or carom seeds in 1 cup water and boil it for 5 mins. Filter it and mix rock salt and drink it.
  • Drink 8- 10 glasses of water in a day to remove toxins from the body.
  • Mix ginger juice with juice of 1 garlic clove and drink 2-3 times a day.

Note: If stomach pain is unbearable and lost for the long time then you must see a doctor.
