Jyotishmati Taila (200 mg/gm in gel) is obtained from the seeds of the plant Celastrus paniculatus by cold-pressing. This oil contains numerous alkaloids. Jyotishmati Taila has aphrodisiac, thermogenic and rubefacient properties. It is used in Ayurveda for stimulating intellect, sharpening the memory, as a nervine Tonic, rejuvenator, antioxidant and an anti-depressant.
